We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for orders shipped to Australia.

- Refund Timeline: Processed within 7 days after approval
- Return Shipping Costs: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Exchanges: It is possible to exchange products
How to Return an Item:
After we receive and review the returned items, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days and issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days from the delivery date at info@cosmicmaison.com with the details of your request. Our team will provide you with step-by-step instructions for completing the exchange.
- To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging and have all original tags attached.
- Once your email has been received, we will guide you through the process and arrange the exchange accordingly.
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
If you need to cancel your order, reach out to us at info@cosmicmaison.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before your order is shipped, but please note that once the order has been shipped, cancellations can no longer be accepted, you can request a return as listed above.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send a photo and details to info@cosmicmaison.com. We'll make arrangements to send you a replacement or the correct item as soon as possible.
