This Shipping Policy outlines how Cosmic Maison processes and delivers orders within Australia. Our goal is to provide clear and transparent information regarding shipping timelines, delivery expectations, and customer support.
1. Shipping Costs
We do not charge additional shipping fees. We currently ship orders to addresses with shipping free of charge, within Australia only. The total amount payable will always be shown before you complete your purchase.
2. Order Processing
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your purchase.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Business days are Monday to Friday
- Cut-off time: 5:00 PM AEST
Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping and Delivery Timeframes
After dispatch, the estimated transit time is typically:
- 4–6 business days within Australia
Total estimated timeframe (processing + transit) is generally 5–9 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, weather conditions, peak periods, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
4. Dispatch and Tracking
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking details where available.
You can track your shipment directly through our Track Your Order page.
You can monitor the progress of your shipment using the tracking information provided. If you do not receive tracking details within the expected processing time, please contact us at info@cosmicmaison.com.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible using the details below.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for information on returns.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

- Clear photos of the item and packaging
After reviewing the information, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. This may include a replacement, refund, or other suitable remedy.

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:
